Format & guidelines

Submit an extended abstract of 500 – 1,000 words via the author portal. Reviews are double-blind.

  • Original work or substantial extensions of prior published work.
  • Clearly state contribution, methodology and (where applicable) deployment evidence.
  • Industry case studies welcome — qualitative and quantitative results equally valued.
  • Workshop proposals: 1-page outline + intended audience + duration.

Presentation formats

Accepted submissions are invited as oral presentations (25 min + Q&A), lightning talks (8 min), or poster + demo sessions on the exhibition floor.
